EmailAgo can be a Standalone free email solution or an additional service Integrated into an existing user base. We have setup two demos to demonstrate both cases.

Standalone

Recommended Test Routine

We recommend the following sequence to get a balanced overview of the main features on the script. There are of course a lot more, so feel free to explore.

• Register an account.
• Export an address book from your current email address and import it into your account (Contact menu).
• Send an email (with attachments) from your current email address to your new email address.
• When you receive it, try Forwarding and Replying to it.
• Use your new email address to signup to a website. When you receive an email from them, notice how the Adsense ads are cleverly and closely targeted to the content of the home page of the website.
• Create a Folder and move your received message(s) to it.
• Use the Compose menu to send an email (with attachments) to your current email address.
• Notice our signature on the email you receive.
• On the Compose page, test the intuitive drop-down menu below the To, Cc and Bcc fields (type the first characters of an email address in your address book).
• On the Compose page, test the auto-saving draft feature. Start typing an email (make an attachment) and wait a moment, notice the "Save Now" button change. Discard the message and go to the Draft folder. Resume the message exactly as you left it.

Integrated

As mentioned before, it is possible to integrate the script into an existing user base. In that case, the users are managed by the existing system, and EmailAgo simply integrates into it to offer an email box to each user. We have provided a link below to the website of one of our customers who integrated EmailAgo into their membership site.

Shoutoo is a web application similar to Twitter. You can register for a new account, or just login using our own (recommended).

Recommended Test Routine

• Login to our account.
• Go to the "Mail" page.
• Go through the recommend test routine above if you haven't already.
• Go back to the home page and then send yourself an email (to emailago@shoutoo.com).
• Notice the Unread Messages count automatically increase when the email is received.
• Click on another user's icon in the friend list on the left side bar.
• From their profile, click on the "Send Message" button, notice how you are redirected to the Compose page with their email address pre-loaded in the To field.
